Our past shows have
been of excellent quality and attendance has
fluctuated with the economy and the times.
We want to break all past attendance records
this year.
Over 35% of our operating
budget for each show goes into various marketing
initiatives, plus most of our exhibitors partner
with us to market the shows through their own
initiatives, client newsletters & mailing
lists.
A
number of things have been done to make this
the best
entertainment conference & trade show.
The Producers have
met personally with a number of Exhibitors,
DJs, Club Owners and Product Specialists in
the last 2 years to gain input on how to make
the shows even better for you, our exhibitors,
and for the attendees. Plus we’ve gained
the feedback from the Regional Showcases we’ve
held over the last year to promote this show.
We’ve listened to you!!!
We’ve added
the services of some of the top Marketing Consultants
in the Entertainment industry in North America,
and hired additional sales and promotion staff
to help promote the show. We have one staff
member solely dedicated to developing and continually
updating our databases of possible attendees.
We’ve moved
the show back to Toronto to increase exposure
to the DJ/Entertainer market and back to the
week that has proved most successful for attendance
in the past…Easter!! In addition to our
Canadian DJ and KJ delegates, we are expecting
a significant increase in US delegate traffic
as a result of both the great tourist location
and the return to a holiday week.
The new and expanded
Segue team is putting together many new and
different features and events in all areas
of the trade show and conference in combination
with our proven features from past shows.
