Keynote Speaker, Robert Peters
Are You A DJ, or Do You Offer a DJ Service

This address will be a discussion about customer service, and how mobile DJs can improve customer service with their existing clientele so that they can improve their performances, increase customer loyalty and improve the image of our industry.

DJ Rob Peters initially became involved with the professional industry in the mid 1980's as an apprentice at Continental Cablevision (now known as Comcast) as an audio technician, lighting coordinator, and producer.  From 1987 through 1991, he seasoned these skills at Saint Joseph's College, where he pursued a degree in Communications and Broadcasting.  In addition to his educational experience, he was employed by WMGX-FM, WGAN-AM, and the Maine Mariners Radio Network as a producer and announcer.

In the fall of 1987, Rob began entertaining at weddings, school and college events, and radio station promotions.   He has worked hard to refine the skills needed in today's demanding market, and has experience at some of the finest radio stations throughout New England.  He is nationally recognized as an Endorsed Professional Entertainer by the National Association of Mobile Entertainers, and Recognized as a FIVE time DJ All Star participant at Mobile Beat Conventions & Conferences.  Most recently, he has published "The Business Of Mobile DJing", and is requested by local and national DJ organizations to present seminars and train DJs.   He has also been recognized by the Metro South Chamber Of Commerce as the 2006 "Entrepreneur Of The Year."
