Lighting and sound system for main stage area:
Donate the system that is used for all events on the main stage area; opening ceremonies, competitions, parties and presentations. The exhibitor who donates this system is acknowledged in the show guide and is permitted to display a 4’ x 8’ banner or sign behind the stage promoting their company. Please note this is not a display, it is used by the show during most show hours. Certain requirements and conditions must be met and you must have your own exhibit booth or sound room as well. This is an excellent opportunity to “show off” your products in a working environment. While the show employs qualified personnel to operate the equipment, you have the option of supplying your own operators.

Door or Draw Prize donations:
Let us know as soon as possible what you wish to donate so we can acknowledge donations on all subsequent advertising, on our website, in our Show Guide and on the prize board at the main entry. All donations gratefully accepted.

Competition Prize donation:
Prizes acknowledged as above and on prize board at Competition Area stage. Competitions are DJ Spin-off, Interactive DJ, Karaoke Sing-off, DJ Van, Brochure, Flyer and Website.

Banners:
Display your company banner at either the Main stage area or the main entry or both. Spaces are limited so book early.

  • Banners @ Main Entry $150.00
  • Banners @ Seminar/Party room $100.00

Party Sponsorship:
Sponsor one of our parties by supplying food, beverages, snacks or covering costs associated with the pre booked entertainment. Your banners will be exclusively displayed for the party and your company name will be mentioned numerous times during the party as our official party sponsor. Contact the show office for details.

Goodie Bag:
Insert flyers (maximum 8-1/2 x 11), samples, coupons, magazines, etc.  Bag is given to each delegate when they register.

  • Goodie Bag Inserts @ $100.00 for flyers, samples, etc. OR $125.00 for magazines

Advertising on the Goodie Bag:
Contact the Show Office for artwork format.   1000 bags are printed.  First come first served for positioning.

  • One side, black $1,500.00; two colour $1,800.00
  • Two side, black $2,500.00; two colour $3,000.00

Flyer & Info Table:
Flyers and catalogues placed on a table at show entry for delegates to pick up if they wish to. Maximum 800 pieces.

  • $75.00 per item

Show Guide Ads:
Advertise your business or show specials in our Guidebook, which is given to each person as they enter. Guide also contains floor plans for the exhibits and list of exhibitors and their location in the show.

  • 1/8 page - $175.00
  • 1/4 page - $300.00
  • 1/2 page - $500.00
  • Full page inside - $800.00
  • Full page back inside cover - $700.00; colour $875.00
  • Full page back outside cover - $700.00; colour $875.00
  • Full page front inside cover - $1,000.00; colour $1,250.00

Sponsored Workshops:
Rent our workshop room to give an in depth demonstration about your featured products. Limited times are available so as not to take delegates away from the main exhibit floor.

  • Workshop room per hour - $125.00

Hospitality Room:
Rent one of our 3 hospitality rooms for an after exhibit social for your preferred customers. We will promote your social in our show guide, show announcements and signage. Outside snack food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought in but alcoholic beverages and other food must be arranged through the catering department of the Marriott.

  • Hospitality Room Rental per hour $60.00
