It is our pleasure to invite you and your company to exhibit at Entertainers World 2007, our International Conference and Trade show to be held at the Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel in Toronto, Ontario, from April 4th – 7th, 2007. Enclosed please find our sales information and floor plan for your consideration. Upon receipt of your application, Segue Productions will confirm your space selection.

We’ve moved the show back to Toronto to increase exposure to the DJ/Entertainer market and back to the week that has proved most successful for attendance in the past…Easter!! In addition to our Canadian DJ and KJ delegates, we are expecting a significant increase in US delegate traffic as a result of both the great tourist location and the return to a holiday week.

The Toronto Airport Marriot has recently undergone a ten million dollar renovation and upgrade and is an excellent facility with a great layout and traffic flow for the show and easy load in and out for you.

The new and expanded Segue team is putting together many new and different features and events in all areas of the trade show and conference in combination with our proven features from past shows.

This show is the only DJ/Entertainer show of its kind in Canada and is priced far below other related music shows in comparison. With exhibit space as low as $3.02 to $12.44 per square foot, you will be selling to many of the top mobile Disc Jockeys and Entertainers in both Canada and the USA. The show includes demonstrations, seminars, DJ spin-offs, contests, prizes, parties and plenty of good deals on sound and lighting equipment, stage props and related entertainment products and services for the delegates. Also, this year we will be hosting the 4th Annual Conference of DJ Association Executives, with members of the Executive boards from many of the major National and Regional DJ/KJ Associations in Canada and the US attending.

This is a trade-retail show where you can sell your products directly to the trade delegates in attendance, promote your business to this captive market and network your products and services with other industry partners including the DJ associations. It’s a unique opportunity in itself and the only such opportunity of it’s kind in Canada.

By reserving your exhibit space now, you can take advantage of our special “Early Bird” exhibit space rates, which have been extended until October 30th 2006. Prices increase after that and the space you want may not be available if you delay. A small deposit NOW holds your exhibit space.
