Confirmation:
Once we have received your Application for
Exhibit Space, we will forward you your Exhibitor’s
Show Confirmation Package, which contains your
show exhibitor contract, information on contractors
and service providers servicing the show and
information sheets about their services. Order
forms will also be provided for additional
show services or rental equipment that you
may require for your booth or Sound Room.
Use of Fog or
Hazers:
Fog is not permitted at this facility or most
facilities anymore unless you book “Fire
Watch”. The costs for Fire watch at most
Toronto facilities is $300.00 for the first
hour and $100.00 plus taxes per hour after
that using the facility’s staff.
Segue Productions
employs trained Fire Watch personnel in its
regular staff and we have been allowed to use
our own people and not have to pay the initial
$300.00. Exhibitors wishing to use fog would
be responsible for splitting the total cost
of Fire Watch during exhibit hours only.
Use of fog machines
or hazers would then be permitted only,
with special permission from the Show Producers.
Fog machines and
Hazers may NOT be operated
after setup before asking the Show Producer
for times when fog is allowed, which will be
during a brief period at the END
of setup and during all hours when exhibits
are open. Use of fog at any other times will
result in cancellation of your fog permit and
possible charges under the Fire Protection
Act, plus any charges relating to Fire Department
response for a false alarm.
Use of Pyro:
ABSOLUTELY
NO USE OF ANY KIND OF PYRO WILL BE PERMITTED!!!!
Violators WILL
be charged and ejected from the
show IMMEDIATELY and their booth or sound room
will be closed and sealed until the end of
the show and move out WITH NO REFUND OF ANY
MONEY RECEIVED BY THE SHOW from the exhibitor.
Show Rules and
Regulations:
A copy of the basic Terms and Conditions governing
exhibiting at Entertainers World 2007 are included
in this kit. Please read and understand the
Rules before submitting your application for
space. Additional rules may be added before,
during or after the show commences and you
will be notified in writing of any changes.
Exhibit Space
Cancellation Policy:
Once an exhibit space application has been
received, cancellation of any or all exhibit
space requested in the exhibit space application
before November 15th 2006 shall entitle Segue
Productions, as Producers of Entertainers World
2007 to a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental
value of the space for which cancellation is
requested. Segue Productions will apply any
deposit received against such cancellation
charges and refund you any surplus or, alternatively
claim the balance to which it is entitled from
you at that time. Cancellation between November
15th and December 15th 2006 will result in
a 75% cancellation fee. No cancellation shall
be permitted after December 15th 2006. The
exhibitor will be responsible after that date
for the full amount of the exhibit rental space
and any collection costs associated therewith
as reasonably determined by Segue Productions.
Pre-show inspections:
Exhibitors must be completely set up and ready
at least one full hour prior to the Exhibit
opening times on the first day of the show
to enable the Producers and other municipal
and regional authorities time to inspect displays
for safety, health and fire hazards. Failure
to notify the Show Producer that you are ready
for inspection will result in your display
being unable to open until it is inspected
and passed by the official inspectors. Failure
to correct any deficiencies found during the
inspection will result in your display being
unable to open until it is re-inspected and
passed by the official inspectors.
